“Riding is a well-written story, and the characters are really developed. The destination of each story is told so vividly you can literally see yourself there.”

Melissa Robinson, April 24

“All of the stories include some sort of struggle which makes them even more engaging. Cassitas does a great job of writing each story in such a way that they all seem to flow together seamlessly.”

Robin Perron, May 1

“It’s simply beautiful and each story takes place in a different year. They’re short enough to allow you to breeze right through them yet long enough to hold your interest. I was very pleased with Riding.”

Karsun, April 18

“Also fascinating is the way in which Cassitas manages to fit in minor characters that are nonetheless memorable. There is Doctor Eureka, who actually plays a relatively important role, but there are also characters whose names we never learn.”

Kieran Hair, April 29

” The stories itself are very inspirational and heartwarming. I will be reading this again!”

Nicole, July 14

“The writing style is truly amazing as Cassia draws her readers into the story, allowing one to live within their mind’s eye and become lost within it’s pages, definitely the gift of a remarkable storyteller. Beautiful, heartwarming, passionate and uplifting, highly recommended.”

Cheri Clay, July 14

“This book is a genuinely inspiring and engaging collection of separate stories, that each ties together with the one before and the one after, culminating in a uniquely told complete story.”

Catherine Grainger, July 12

“Looking back at this novel, I can pick out quite a few quotes that lend a helping hand to bad days, or even good days. The writing is very beautiful and will have you savoring every sentence.”

Chelsey Mcquitty, July 12

“Tthe book is well-written, and the sentences are surprisingly well constructed considering English must be a second language, and it has some delightful passages, and some insightful ones too.”

Ian J. Miller, July 8

“Each of the stories found a new way to engross me and I could not help but wonder how she could create such fine art in literature. A job well done, Cassia.”

Alizabeth, June 15

“I really felt that Riding is well written and has great developed characters with interesting personalities and experiences. With each change in scenery, you feel like you can see the surroundings and feel what each character is experiencing.”

Christie Davis, June 12

“Not only is it a book about the Olympics, but it is an olympic size story. The story seems so real that the words just jump off the page at you.”

Michael S., June 7

“I was impressed by the way this story continued to develop throughout. Each chapter seemed like it was a little disjointed at first, like the characters didn’t really fit together. But as you continued to read more it all started to make sense.”

Rivera, May 30

“It deals with their triumphs and pitfalls, how simple life can throw them a curveball and ultimately how they pick themselves up again.”

J. Armstrong, May 30

“This book speaks hopefully about continuing positive changes in the future. The hope is contagious and leaves you with the feeling of wanting to do more, and experience life to the fullest.”

Shannon, May 20

“‘Riding’ is thought-provoking and emotional, and shows us a brilliant take on the struggle which para-athletes go through in order to do what they love to do. It really makes you think and is written beautifully.”

J M Portman, May 20

“Cassitas cleverly spins them all together creating a bigger story, proving the adage that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. Touché Ms. Cassitas – this is a cut above the rest.”

Stephanie Noel, May 15

“The book is a sort of tribute to those nameless individuals who strive hard to make a change in alien places and adapt to their culture.

On the whole there is much to the book than a mere narrative and it stimulates both the intellect and the emotions of the reader.”

Sheryl, April 28

“There is a certain underlying philosophy in Cassitas’ stories that have a unique charm. That is why I’ll be coming back for more from this author.”

Jan Heart, April 25

“Finding a “place” in this world, whether it is in a job, a sport, a relationship, a country, or a lifestyle, is always challenging, and often frightening. The key is to never accept what we have as the end-all be-all destiny for life. This book, and its wide range of inspiring characters and stories, exemplifies this perspective better than most authors are able to do.”
